Construction Planning and Execution

We are expanding our team with a Project Manager in the field of construction planning for the realization of in-house construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Independent preparation of planning documents (design, submission, implementation and detailed planning) for conversions, new buildings and renovations
- Responsibility for construction planning and the associated project coordination with regard to deadlines, costs and quality
- Execution of construction site management including invoicing and final acceptance of construction work
- Support and handling of official procedures
- Possibility to participate in construction projects at the locations of our subsidiaries (worldwide)
