Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in physical network infrastructure deployment, particularly in data center and fiber environments. This role focuses on managing large-scale network infrastructure construction and capacity delivery programs, ensuring successful execution across design, construction, and operations. Responsibilities might include: Complete planning and execution of infrastructure projects. Coordination between internal and external teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and stakeholders. Schedule and risk management. Communication with local authorities, including permits and regulatory requirements, to ensure compliance during deployment. Leadership and team coordination. Strong communication skills (coordination across multiple groups). PMP or PM certification is highly valuable. Core Competencies: Ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs. Experience coordinating engineering teams, construction partners, vendors, and operations. Strong risk management and problem-solving skills in infrastructure environments. Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with both technical and executive stakeholders. Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to assess impact at a global scale. Qualifications 7 - 9 years of experience in technical project or program management. Proven experience in telecommunications, fiber deployment (OSP/ISP), backbone networks, or data center network infrastructure. Hands-on exposure to physical network builds, including fiber routing, redundancy (A/B paths), installation, testing, and contractor coordination. Experience managing multi-site or multi-region infrastructure deployments. Strong understanding of capacity planning, resilience, and infrastructure scalability. Experience in hyperscale data center environments. Background in carrier or Tier 1 telecom operators. Familiarity with permitting, rights-of-way, and regulatory processes.
