Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead Project Management commissions, taking full responsibility for end-to-end service delivery. The role involves managing complex projects and acting as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are achieved and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is an ideal role for a quality driven professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Providing strategic advice at the project conception stage, to successfully achieve the client’s overall objectives. Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. Collaborate with the overall cross-functional project team Check contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants in line with group policy. Project planning, including advising the production of the detailed project plan. Advise upon the procurement of resources –design and construction. Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance. Set up and manage the change control process. Monitor and advise upon project finances/budgets. Assist managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports. Manage and monitor design team in accordance with commission scope. Manage and monitor contractor in accordance with commission scope. Develop appropriate contractor interface. Qualifications You have at least Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Energy engineering, civil engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of MEP systems and supply chain, with the ability to work both collaboratively. Experience in Sustainability Construction Projects or Net Zero programs. Experience working on real estate in industrial, logistics, pharma, or other type of similar construction projects. Strong stakeholder management and team-work skills. Good written and reporting skills. Fluent English and Spanish. Additional Information Our people share our Purpose and Values.
