POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project budgets, resources, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Conduct site visits to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and progress reporting
  • Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Resolve issues promptly and make informed decisions to keep projects on track
