The M500 project manager shall have responsibility for supporting the project and programme management lead in the overall execution of project's delivery, bringing the necessary project management skills and experience that will integrate with the existing TII project team to ensure that the project directorate plans, tracks and delivers against the project programme and budget. You’ll be responsible for: Promoting wellbeing, diversity and inclusion across teams. Ensuring quality systems meet Service Excellence standards. Managing project delivery from brief to construction. Supporting senior leaders with planning, PMO and procurement. Coordinating work packages to meet time, cost and quality targets. Overseeing budgets, risks and compliance. Managing teams to achieve KPIs and drives best practice through Mace knowledge resources. You’ll need to have: 10+ years’ project management experience delivering complex metro or major infrastructure projects. Degree‑qualified with system integration/assurance certification and strong technical, quality and process improvement capability. Proven communication, stakeholder leadership and ability to drive efficiency, outcomes and best practice. Strong commercial awareness with experience leading diverse teams and understanding sustainability and carbon considerations.
