Additional requirements for Project Manager:

• 7+ years’ experience in a Project Manager capacity
• Degree in civil engineering or industry related field
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, BIM, OST and GradeBeam
• Ability to create and manage project schedules and align all necessary resources
• Knowledge of financials, estimations, contracts and negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knack for mentoring teams
• Heavy civil, automotive and industrial projects up to $50M
• Must be willing to relocate to NW Detroit suburbs
• Regular travel required
