REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:

• 5+ years’ commercial and structural construction experience
• Degree in Structural Engineering or related degree
• Extensive PEMB, structural steel, concrete and wood project experience
• Must be highly organized, adaptable and proactive for problem solving
• Proven knowledge of schedules, budgets, financial oversight and risk management
• Excellent computer, communication, mentoring and relationship skills
• Both ground-up and renovation experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environment
