REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:

• 5+ years’ commercial construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s in construction management, civil engineering, or related fields required
• Knowledge of construction cycle from estimating to completion
• Ability to work with, mentor and motivate teams
• Solid knowledge of fast-scheduled projects, estimating and quantity take-offs
• Regular travel to sites while maintaining home office presence
• Must reside in or relocate to Gurnee, IL area
