ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Project Manager with 5 years of progressive experience to lead construction projects from preconstruction to completion. In this role, you will oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the Preconstruction team to develop and refine project budgets, ensuring accurate cost analysis.
  • Oversee subcontractor management, including scope reviews, contract execution, and coordination of project deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and close-out checklists to maintain efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project budgets of $25 million average, a line up of work awaits – no lay-offs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and key personnel, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Establish performance standards and benchmarks for project success, tracking progress against key metrics.
  • Lead change management efforts, including pricing, tracking, and negotiating project scope adjustments with clients.
  • Define project team roles, facilitate meetings, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Apply expertise in construction planning, scheduling, staffing, and cost control to optimize project execution.
  • Review contract documents to align deliverables with budget and timeline expectations.
  • Provide executive-level project updates, detailing progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with site superintendents to monitor on-site activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Proactively address project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee project safety, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, client standards, and government requirements.
