Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' Project Manager to lead project execution, coordinate teams, and ensure timely and efficient delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical and managerial skills and is confident managing multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities. - Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines. - Coordinate across engineering, design, operations, and external stakeholders. - Monitor project milestones and ensure on-time delivery. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. - Prepare project reports, progress updates, and financial tracking. - Ensure compliance with standards, quality requirements, and client expectations. - Mentor junior team members when needed. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field. - 5–8 years of hands-on project management experience. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficiency in project management tools and software.
