JOB SUMMARY: CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Project Manager will lead all phases of construction, including planning, procurement, execution, and close-out. They must have a deep understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, contract management, and project scheduling.

CORE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction or project management roles
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams (project leads, subcontractors, laborers)
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with construction documents, such as blueprints, permits, and contracts
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
