Description
We are looking for a Project Manager Consultant to join a strategic European Union project based in Brussels. We are seeking a professional with strong experience in training project management within the Learning & Development (L&D) area, combining analytical thinking, strategic vision, and excellent coordination and communication skills in multicultural environments. Tareas Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of training programs — from planning and preparation to execution, monitoring, and reporting. Training Program Supervision: Manage and coordinate programs focused on leadership skills, writing, languages, mentoring, and other corporate L&D areas. Resource and Budget Estimation: Provide accurate estimates of time, cost, and resources required for future training initiatives. Documentation Management: Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date repository of training materials using OpenText or equivalent tools, ensuring accessibility and compliance. Metrics and Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, preparing periodic reports for senior management. Deviation Management: Anticipate potential deviations in schedules, costs, or resources and propose viable corrective actions. Policy Contribution: Contribute to the development of cross-functional policies and strategic L&D documentation. Tool Integration: Support the adoption of new learning technologies and e-learning platforms into training programs. Requisitos Experience and Skills: Minimum 7 years of professional experience. At least 2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the Learning & Development domain. Background in designing, implementing, and delivering training initiatives, including remote and e-learning programs. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) for creation, deployment, and evaluation of training programs. Familiarity with project management tools (such as ServiceNow or similar). Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik Sense or equivalent). Valuable Assets: Experience using corporate e-learning tools.
