Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager Consultant to support the planning, execution, and delivery of complex international projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with project methodologies and timelines, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate with governance bodies, track deliverables, manage risks, and contribute to strategic project execution in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Remote | Senior-level position (7+ years experience required) Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, planning, execution, and reporting according to PMO guidelines. Produce monthly status reports, update risk registers, and track project milestones. Provide technical guidance to ensure accurate budget forecasting and milestone alignment. Maintain and update the project’s results framework and ensure delivery against KPIs. Revise business cases and documentation in alignment with prioritization decisions. Prepare and submit project status updates in PMP and maintain system accuracy. Coordinate governance processes, including preparation of documentation, meeting facilitation, and follow-ups. Track partner engagement, monitor risks related to external dependencies, and support risk mitigation. Develop tools for stakeholder and membership management. Oversee communications, stakeholder engagement plans, and internal coordination. Participate in PMO meetings and advocate best practices in project governance. First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning, management, and delivery of complex or interdependent projects, including international collaborations. Demonstrated ability to manage projects in multicultural, multi-disciplinary, and distributed teams across multiple time zones. Strong experience in writing project documentation and reporting deliverables. Proven facilitation and presentation skills for senior stakeholders. Familiarity with change management in decentralized organizations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and consultancy abilities with proactive and flexible mindset. Proficient in Office 365 tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint. Required Certificates: Professional qualification or foundation certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile SCRUM).
