What we offer Attractive salary aligned with the responsibilities and value of the role Full-time working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, 100% remote 22 vacation days, plus your birthday off Reference office: Madrid HQ (Cuzco area) Descripción del empleo Be the driving force behind the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA logistics network Lead and implement key logistics initiatives from our European headquarters, working closely with local market teams Optimize both car transport and storage processes to boost performance metrics such as capacity, lead times, and cost-efficiency Collaborate with Product teams to translate operational needs into innovative tech solutions Report directly to the Director of Consumer Logistics Europe Requisitos At least two years of experience in a similar role Proven track record in successfully managing cross-functional projects in an international context Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data-driven insights Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—you know how to get buy-in and drive projects forward Experience in consulting or within a fast-paced startup environment Proficiency in English at the C1 level Información adicional Ready to drive change and grow with us?
