Role Accountabilities include:

  • Manage the delivery of projects from planning through to execution and close-out
  • Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with HSE, quality, and company standards
  • Coordinate labour, equipment, subcontractors, and project resources to meet operational requirements
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, and forecasts to ensure commercial targets are achieved
  • Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Review project schedules, resource plans, and operational requirements to support efficient execution
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Support tendering, project planning, and mobilisation activities for upcoming works
  • Provide leadership and direction to supervisors, site personnel, and project teams
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, cost tracking, and performance reporting
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes, and project delivery
  • Support conflict resolution and maintain positive working relationships across teams and stakeholders
