We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving successful project outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in project management, a passion for leadership, and an ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). A Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • At least 35 years of project management experience in a similar role. Proven experience in managing crossfunctional teams and complex projects.
  • Proven work experience in the mechanical and Building Automation Industry.
  • Complete understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to be selfmotivated while working remotely.
Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Lead and manage HVAC and building controls

projects from initiation to completion, including project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns while ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee project teams, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that projects stay within the established budget. Prepare and review cost estimates and work closely with procurement teams to secure necessary materials and services.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify project risks and resolve issues that may arise during project execution, minimizing delays and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project status, including milestones, timelines, and any potential roadblocks.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, managing their performance and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • PostProject Review: Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, client

handovers, and documentation. Ensure all project files are complete, and all warranties or maintenance agreements are in place.
