Description

Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Partner with the Project Manager to manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project issues and blockers. Maintain effective stakeholder communication and expectation management. Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting. Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with proven project management experience—preferably in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/TM) domains. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders. Solid understanding of the AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role is advantageous. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification(s) are desirable.
