The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the smooth implementation of core banking initiatives while meeting business and operational objectives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline. 7+ years of experience in project management within the banking or financial sector. Proven experience managing core banking system projects. Strong understanding of banking operations and digital transformation initiatives. PMP certification preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
