• Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and develop full proposals for clients.
• Build and manage event budgets, source suppliers, and ensure costs remain within target.
• Lead small to medium event projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including on-site operations.
• Monitor timelines, logistics, and client requirements.
• Act as point of contact for clients and suppliers during project delivery.
• Report to and support the Senior Project Manager.
