Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to handover, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality benchmarks. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee design coordination, procurement, and site execution activities. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage changes/variations effectively. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements. Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation. Qualifications Education - B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch – Civil 5-10 years of experiene Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. • Sound knowledge of construction/fit-out processes, MEP coordination, and contracts. • Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple stakeholders. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. #LI-PK1 Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
