Job Title: CPM – Project Manager (HVAC – Chiller Plant) Location: Mumbai Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced CPM – Project Manager (HVAC) with a strong background in Chiller Plant projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of large-scale HVAC projects, including installation, testing, commissioning, and successful delivery of chiller systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead complete project management (CPM) of HVAC projects with a focus on Chiller Plant systems Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of chiller plants Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Drive coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and technical specifications Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Lead and mentor project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors Ensure timely project delivery, billing milestones, and cost control Drive client satisfaction and smooth project closure Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience in HVAC industry (Chiller Plant mandatory) Strong expertise in project execution and management of chiller plant projects Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning Proven ability to manage large-scale and critical infrastructure projects Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills Excellent client handling and coordination abilities Preferred: Experience in Data Center / Industrial / Large Commercial HVAC projects PMP or equivalent project management certification Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
