A supportive and close-knit team that feels like family! What must be accomplished: In-home sales. Take measurements of existing equipment. Properly Size and design new installation. Site visit with subtrades (pre job walks with install manager). Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services. Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals. Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing. How will success be measured: Maintain a 25%-30% conversion goal. Be able to sell $1Mil in revenue in your first full year with the company. Requirements Proven track record in outside sales (3+ years in home sales). Construction log Mechanical aptitude. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Communication skills (written and verbal). Customer service skills. Detailed oriented. Team player. Good presentation and public speaking skills. IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications. Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines. Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Highly motivated and flexible.
