Creative Office Solutions & More seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial furniture and interior solutions projects from order confirmation through final installation. You will work closely with sales, design, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to deliver high-quality office interiors that meet client expectations and scheduled timelines. The Project Manager plays a central role in ensuring efficient project execution, accurate documentation, and excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This position is on-site and requires a practical understanding of commercial interiors project workflows, space planning coordination, and vendor management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead project meetings and coordinate project activities from kickoff through close-out Prepare and maintain project schedules and milestones that align with client move-in dates Review furniture orders, drawings, specifications, and installation plans for accuracy and constructability Communicate project requirements and progress to internal teams and clients in a timely manner Manage changes, substitutions, and client requests with proper documentation and approvals Coordinate with vendors, installers, and third-party partners to ensure on-time delivery and quality installation Monitor project budgets, resolve issues proactively, and document project updates Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred Minimum of three years of project management experience, ideally in commercial interiors, furniture, or construction-related environments Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with project management tools or software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interaction Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites as needed
