The Role Stakeholder management • Maintain stakeholder relationship with high level of professionalism • Support the production needs and expectations of stakeholders to contribute to their business success • Prepares business reports on state of work, resourcing and utilization Production management • An effective and pro-active team leader that oversees the end-to-end process of creative production • Contribute to the quality and delivery assessment of creative offerings such as, but not limited to, graphic designs, layout, digital programming, video production, etc. • Develop, review and enhance delivery strategies, production processes and other methods of working • A multi-disciplinary production manager with emphasis on delivering team’s KPIs and performance objectives • Serve as escalation point for any risks to quality and delivery, and manage mitigation and business continuity
