Roles & Responsibilities
Context: To support the expansion of our credit expertise team, we are seeking a committed Credit Project Manager. At DynaFin Consulting, you will play a key role in driving crucial projects for our clients, aiding them in their digital transformation and enhancing their credit operations.

• Manage the entire lifecycle of credit projects from conception to implementation, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to define needs, develop specifications, and optimize credit processes.
• Coordinate and motivate a team of credit specialists to achieve project goals.
• Prepare and present progress reports and performance analyses to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and propose proactive solutions to mitigate them

Profile

• Holder of a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or an MBA.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the credit or financial sector.
• Proficiency in Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other national language. Fluent in English is essential.
• Strong technical skills in financial analysis, credit risk management, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
