Responsibilities What will you do ? As a Project Manager in Credit Risk, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the bank’s risk management frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance: Drive end-to-end project lifecycles (planning, budget, milestones, and delivery) for Credit Risk systems and models. Work closely with the Risk Department to define business requirements for credit granting, monitoring, and recovery processes. Ensure all projects align with banking regulations such as Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, and local regulatory requirements. Act as the primary liaison between Risk Officers and IT teams to translate functional needs into technical specifications. Coordinate the deployment of new risk tools or scoring models, including user training and process documentation. Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to the Steering Committee and senior management. Qualifications What is your profile? You: Have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst within the Banking sector, specifically focusing on Credit Risk. Strong understanding of the Credit Risk lifecycle (scoring, rating, provisioning) and risk parameters (PD, LGD, EAD). Proficiency in Agile (Scrum). PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus. Ability to handle complex data and an understanding of risk modeling/data governance. Experience with risk management software, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and collaboration tools (Jira/Confluence). French is mandatory ; Fluency in English is essential What are we offering you ?
