Job Summary The Project Manager (PM) will provide direct, hands-on management of critical corporate initiatives, including internal enterprise projects and client-facing health center implementations. The PM will be responsible for developing, executing, and actively managing complex project plans across multiple small- to medium-sized initiatives simultaneously. Job Responsibilities A key measure of success will be the PM’s ability to effectively manage communications with staff and facilitate timely decisions to keep initiatives on track. Additional responsibilities include: Continuously tracks project performance and proactively applies corrective actions to ensure adherence to schedule, scope, and quality. Leads detailed project discovery and planning, with a focus on clearly defining roles and responsibilities. Develops and maintains project assets, including active documentation of risks, issues, action items, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Provides clear delegation of action items and holds team members accountable for on-time delivery. Continuously monitors project progress and proactively implements corrective actions to effectively manage schedule, scope, and quality. Provides leadership in communication and coordination, ensuring cross-functional teams work in sync toward project goals. Manages change requests to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all changes are properly documented, communicated, and addressed. Assists in refining project assets, tools, and templates to better meet team and project needs. Performs other responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, or related field 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, consulting or account management Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional certification Experience successfully leading complex corporate projects Healthcare industry experience Experience presenting to executives or senior management in a corporate setting Physical Job Requirements This is a remote-based position with limited travel requirements every year. Extended periods of sitting, standing, and computer work may be required. Adequate vision, hearing, and speech for effective communication and collaboration. This is a remote-based role that requires a reliable and professional home office environment. Must have consistent access to high-speed internet and an appropriate workspace free from excessive noise or distractions to perform job responsibilities effectively. Ability to work on a laptop and other computer equipment for extended periods of time. The base pay range for this position is $108,115.00 to $145,955 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
