This role oversees project planning, documentation, dependency tracking, and progress reporting while coordinating cross-functional teams to keep initiatives moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings project management experience, is proficient with tools such as Birdview and Microsoft Project, and demonstrates a collaborative, process-driven mindset. This position supports organizational priorities by driving detailed execution of IT projects, allowing leadership to focus on strategic planning, team development, and enterprise alignment. Responsibilities Manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure timelines and objectives are met. Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and dependency tracking using project management tools such as Birdview and Microsoft Project. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate updates, resolve issues, and keep projects progressing efficiently. Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to established processes and maintaining clear status reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvement while supporting a collaborative team environment and contributing thoughtful recommendations to enhance project outcomes. Project Management Tools Proficiency – Experience using tools such as Birdview and Microsoft Project to track progress, manage tasks, and monitor project performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ability to work with diverse teams across departments to coordinate resources and ensure project success. Process Adherence & Optimization – Comfortable following established project processes while identifying opportunities for thoughtful improvements. Analytical & Detail Orientation – Strong attention to detail to track dependencies, monitor risks, and ensure project accuracy. Adaptability & Continuous Learning – Demonstrates flexibility, humility, and the ability to quickly learn new systems, workflows, and organizational practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 3–5 years of project management experience, with the ability to independently manage projects from initiation through completion Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders and keep projects on track.
