Angle Recruitment are partnering with a growing and highly respected shipyard to find an experienced Project Manager (Repairs) to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex repair projects from start to finish, working closely with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced maritime environment.

• Oversee all aspects of assigned ship repair projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
• Interpret and work from technical specifications, drawings, and contracts.
• Coordinate with trade managers, subcontractors, vendors, and classification societies to keep projects on track.
• Lead regular progress meetings, identifying and resolving any technical or operational challenges.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.
• Promote a safe working environment across all activities.
• Provide leadership coverage in the absence of senior management.
