ModMed is hiring a driven Project Manager, CS Automation and AI, to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Operational Excellence team in Client Services, focused on managing all aspects of project life cycles from initiation to planning, execution, control, and closure for internal CS projects. This is an exciting opportunity to role will lead and run high-profile projects that innovatively drive efficiency, scale, and customer experience key performance indicator improvements through process optimization and strategic technology implementations within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine! The role will oversee the agile sprint team with a key focus on establishing clear business problem statements and goals of each project, while ensuring that the scope and design of the projects address critical business improvements. Your Role: Create project plans, monitor and report project status, risks, changes, and ensure alignment with stakeholders through effective communication. Establish clear problem statements, future vision goals, and associated project scope; ensure that the project scope and design address the strategic goals and vision of executives and stakeholders. Manage multiple projects for various automation initiatives, track cross-project dependencies, obtain buy-in with core stakeholders, and manage visibility into portfolio progress and roadmaps. Create accountability throughout the stakeholder team, ensuring that action items and follow-ups are completed by creating a positive, enthusiastic, team-oriented environment. Complete typical business analyst work, depending on the size of the project, including requirements gathering, design documentation creation, obtaining stakeholder sign-off, and deployment management. Lead high-profile projects with a greater degree of autonomy and develop strategic approaches to the plans tailored to the specific department's goals. Create and execute change management plans, including impact analysis, training plans, communication schedules, and overall execution of change management. Manage agile sprint planning and sprint execution, partner with other development groups in the company to align on sprint and change management timelines. Contribute to the development of new practices, techniques, and standards, and is recognized as a project expert. Serves as an escalation point for all projects and issues across teams; develops and implements processes for the mitigation of future issues and the management of stakeholder expectations. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, required in either Business Administration, Healthcare, or other relevant degree preferred. Scrum Master Certification, preferred. PMP Certification, preferred. Six Sigma Certification, preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant project management and/or management experience, plus at least 2 years of relevant business experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience with clinical environments or on business-transformative projects Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce, or similar CRM products An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective Willingness to roll up sleeves and get the projects completed, oftentimes owning deliverables outside of the typical project management swimlane; possesses a growth mindset and is eager to learn new skills and processes Experience working on technology teams, working with outside vendor developers, executing Scrum agile ceremonies A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus Ability to lead a cross-functional project team and work with peers in a team effort Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work independently without direct supervision Experience communicating with company leadership, managing steering committee audiences, comfortable leading large meetings, and public speaking Experience creating and executing change management plans, with training and communication deliverables Strong ability to collaborate with individual contributors to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results #LI-LM1 #REMOTE ModMed Benefits Highlight: At ModMed, we believe it’s important to offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our growing workforce.
