Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Oversee and manage all on-site Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities, ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and hotel standards. Monitor daily site progress, supervise contractors and subcontractors, and ensure construction works meet required quality, schedule, and safety requirements. Coordinate site interfaces between CSA trades and MEP, ID, façade, and specialist contractors to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth workflow. Review and validate contractors’ method statements, work programs, material submissions, shop drawings, and progress claims related to CSA scope. Identify and resolve site issues promptly, conduct site inspections and QA/QC checks, and prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Professional certification or membership (e.g., PE, PMP, CIOB, ICE, RIBA) is an advantage. 8–10 years of experience specifically in managing CSA works for hotel, hospitality, or high-end mixed-use projects. Strong knowledge of local building codes, hotel operator standards, and international design and construction best practices. Proven experience in contractor management, design coordination, and project delivery in fast-paced environments.
