THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a highly regarded construction company known for delivering complex, high-end fit out projects across multiple sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are expanding their South Australian operations and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead iconic new builds and fit outs ranging from $1 - 5M.
Your Role Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for full project lifecycle management—from contract award to completion.

• ✅ Oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• ✅ Lead and mentor teams to drive performance and collaboration
• ✅ Manage project finances, scheduling, and contract administration
• ✅ Foster a positive and proactive team culture
• ✅ Ensure full compliance with legislation, WHS, and company policies
  This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Bring

• ✔ 5+ years of project management experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction firm
• ✔ Demonstrated success managing commercial projects valued between $1M - $2M
• ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and contract administration skills
• ✔ A solution-focused, no-blame mindset with a passion for delivering excellence
