ABOUT JOB CUBE84 is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Project Manager to lead and support delivery of Salesforce and related technology implementations across diverse industries. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and cross-functional coordination. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * Project Management Methodologies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) to manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure. * Salesforce Ecosystem: Experience in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution. * Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to manage expectations, provide regular updates, and handle escalations. * Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. * Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, ClickUp, etc.) to track progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation strategies. * Salesforce Platform Familiarity: Salesforce platform familiarity to plan and manage sprints, backlog grooming, and release cycles. * Reporting and Documentation Tools: Familiarity with reporting and documentation tools (Excel, Confluence, etc.) to maintain project documentation and track KPIs. * Soft Skills: High ownership and accountability, structured thinking and attention to detail, ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments, and strong collaboration and team leadership. * Experience Requirements: 7+ years of experience in project management, proven track record of managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, and experience handling multiple projects and client engagements. * Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform, or Consultant), PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and experience in consulting or SI (System Integrator) environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Project Delivery & Execution: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, track progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation strategies, ensure adherence to delivery governance and quality standards. * PM Scope: Owns delivery, accountability, and decision-making. * Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, provide regular updates, and handle escalations, facilitate requirement discussions, demos, and feedback loops. * Agile & Delivery Management: Plan and manage sprints, backlog grooming, and release cycles, facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution. * Team Coordination: Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, QA, and business analysts, allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and remove blockers, ensure optimal resource utilization across projects. * Governance & Reporting: Maintain project documentation (RAID logs, status reports, project plans), track KPIs: timeline adherence, budget, quality metrics, ensure compliance with internal delivery frameworks and best practices. * Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies, manage change requests and scope creep effectively, escalate critical issues proactively.
