Description
About the position: Internally referred to as the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of our showroom projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with launch expectations. Key Responsibilities include: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Act as the central coordination point across Retail, Supply Chain & Product, People & Culture, Brand & Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure total alignment. Collaborate on location and property sourcing as required by the Head of Property & Expansion, and support them through lease negotiations (including commercial input and coordination with legal advisors). Ensure each construction project meets our insurer's requirements. Proactively identify, manage, and escalate project risks and roadblocks for swift resolution. Provide clear, consistent progress reporting to senior leadership. Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings, and establish/refine standardised project workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. What are we seeking? Experience in project management, ideally within retail or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills, including experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple projects. Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, contract input, and risk management. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to drive process improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments. Experience with Notion is highly desirable, but not a strict must-have! Ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues efficiently. Experience managing retail store rollout projects is desirable. What we offer: This role takes your career international with exciting opportunities for global travel, allowing you to connect with our international teams and showrooms firsthand. When you're not seeing the world, enjoy a supportive, Monday–Friday corporate culture in our beautiful, modern Kew office, with plenty of nearby parking options available. Fast-track your professional development and expand your horizons as we rapidly scale internationally. Free, confidential access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family. Generous staff discounts on our fine jewellery, plus 20% off for your friends and family. An extra week of paid leave every year to support a charity close to your heart. We sponsor a child in need via Baptist World Aid for every full-time team member who joins us.
