Life Saving Victoria is Victoria’s peak water safety and lifesaving organisation built on the proud traditions and programs of our founding organisations, the Royal Life Saving Society – Australia and Surf Life Saving Australia. We’re thrilled to offer a unique part-time opportunity for a Project Manager – Culture & Wellbeing to join our Shared Services team. This role, based at our Port Melbourne Head State Office, reports directly to the Senior Manager of People & Culture. As the Project Manager, you will lead the Diversity and Inclusion Project, an initiative dedicated to fostering positive behaviours and enhancing interactions among our staff, members, and volunteers.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing a targeted training program and developing resources to promote psychological safety and encourage positive behaviours that support our ongoing transformation. As the lead specialist, you will oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring all objectives and success criteria are met while collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the process.
