Manage end-to-end delivery of IFS CRIM and Change Requests, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and budgets Plan, track, and control project schedules, resources, and deliverables Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and delivery governance Coordinate with functional, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth execution Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, and proactively manage mitigation plans Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and change control processes are followed Facilitate agile ceremonies where required (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement 6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager with 2+ years of scrum master experience in an ERP environments Able to work on CET hours. Strong hands-on experience managing CRIM and Change Request deliveries Solid understanding of project scope management, scheduling, and resource planning Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment Competitive compensation.
