Description

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of industrial, warehousing, and data centre projects
Manage project scope, programme, budget, risks, and quality outcomes
Drive project execution from design development through to practical completion and handover
Stakeholder ManagementAct as primary interface between client, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders
Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives
Commercial & Contract ManagementOversee contract administration including head contracts and subcontract packages
Manage variations, claims, and cost reporting in collaboration with commercial teams
Ensure strong cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle
Programme & Risk ControlDevelop and maintain detailed project programmes
Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnforce high standards of safety across all project phases
Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, authority requirements, and client standards
Promote a strong safety-first culture on site
