Job Description

Our client – leading influencer in technology industry – is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of capital, infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and technical facilities projects across its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) portfolio.

Based in Dublin, Ireland, this office-based role will partner with business leaders, facilities teams, engineering stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to successfully plan and execute projects across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

The selected candidate will:

  • Provide project management expertise supporting infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and technical facilities projects across EMEA.
  • Evaluate project requests and provide recommendations regarding scope, budget, schedule, risks, and delivery approach.
  • Manage project delivery from initiation through handover, including design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out activities.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, Security, EH&S, Procurement, and Finance to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries and cultures while maintaining consistent project execution and communication.
  • Navigate varying regulatory, planning, health and safety, and building code requirements throughout EMEA.
  • Travel regularly throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to support project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and site assessments.
