We’re looking for an experienced Mid-Senior level Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization in the US. Our Professional Services organization focuses on all aspects of delivering the post-sales solutions, with a mission to delight our customers, help them achieve success and create customers for life. We’re looking for a Project Manager who cares about and is as obsessed with the customer experience as we are. Ideally you’ll be a highly organized and proactive individual we can entrust with keeping projects on track and deliver within the full expectation of the customer. We’re seeking someone who can maintain high levels of engagement with our customers and deliver an elevated level of service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role reports to the Professional Services Manager and can be based in the UK or Ireland.
