POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager specializing in healthcare projects to lead projects within the Nashville market. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preffered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
