POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in multifamily and ground-up construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
