Responsibilities
  • Manage ground-up commercial development projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Oversee permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control across multiple job sites
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, municipalities, and vendors
  • Ensure all projects align with company standards for design, sustainability, and long-term value
