POSITION OVERVIEW

Top ENR MEP contractor is seeking skilled Project Manager specializing in mechanical construction to join their growing team in the Charlotte and Nashville markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping, as well as experience in project management within the construction industry. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial HVAC, plumbing and or piping projects
• Familiarity with project management and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, CMiC or similar
