POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the steel construction industry and experience handling change orders effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally in steel erection/construction.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with change order management and related documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
