Role details We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of premium villa developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality luxury residential projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage villa construction projects from inception to handover * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders * Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulations * Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary * Manage procurement processes and contractor performance * Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings * Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed * Prepare and present project reports to senior management Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * Minimum 10-15 years in construction, with a focus on villa, townhouse or residential projects * Proven track record in delivering luxury or high-end developments * Strong knowledge of project management tools and construction methodologies * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * PMP certification is an advantage
