PROJECT MANAGER AND DATA ANALYST

This role has two core responsibilities:

• Research & Impact: combine insights from the data we gather with behavioural science / organisational psychology expertise to help us design, deliver and measure the impact of the interventions we implement with our partners.
• Project Management: work with our clients and internal team to deliver projects and achieve our goals

THE ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER AND RESEARCHER

We are looking for a Project Manager / Researcher who will manage client projects as well as help us turn the rich data we collect into meaningful, measurable progress in diversity, equity and inclusion. This role is a great entry level position that will give someone the opportunity to develop into a consultant.
Our Honeycomb platform captures behavioural and demographic data, painting a detailed picture of how inclusive a workplace is and what needs to change.

You will be responsible for:

• Analysing Honeycomb data: Interpreting behavioural and demographic data to uncover insights that drive action
• Presenting insights clearly: Creating compelling narratives and visualisations that help internal team and clients understand what the data is saying
• Designing evidence-based interventions: Using behavioural science to recommend changes that lead to real improvements in culture and inclusion
• Project management: managing all phases of complex projects and ensuring clear communication between clients and the team

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident working with complex, intersectional data: You know how to spot patterns, surface insights and ensure accuracy and validity
• Can apply theory to practice: You are comfortable using behavioural science models and evidence-based frameworks to design practical interventions
• Thinks strategically: You are always looking at how we can increase the value of our data and improve how we deliver insights
• Is highly collaborative: You will work across teams, from delivery to product to marketing, sharing insights and helping shape strategy
• Communicates clearly and empathetically: You can explain complex ideas in ways non-experts understand and feel motivated to act on
• Prioritises care and ethics: You will centre the experience of the most vulnerable, flag potential risks and ensure our work protects those who trust us with their lived experience
• Highly organised: You enjoy creating and managing systems to keep projects on track and monitor tasks to ensure they are delivered, and the organisations we work with have a delightful experience

What do you need to apply?

• MA or equivalent in behavioural science, cognitive psychology, organisational psychology or similar (relevant experience of at least 2 years if no MA)
• Experience of project management, either in academia, or in practice (this could be through volunteer work)
• While this is a fully remote role, you must be based in a country covered by GDPR due to the nature of the data analysis involved. You must also have the right to work in the country where you reside. Click for more information.
