Goodman is seeking an experienced Project Manager (based in Frankfurt) to join our expanding Data Centre project team. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of the construction process, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You’ll manage high-level planning, coordination, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. This role involves mitigating risks, monitoring progress, and making critical decisions to resolve issues that arise during the build. The Project Manager also liaises with clients and ensures alignment with the overarching business objectives, maintaining a focus on operational readiness and sustainability.

MARKET EXPERIENCE AND TEAM BUILDING:

• Demonstrate experience in the French market, having successfully delivered projects as a client or general contractor.
• Assemble and lead a newly hired project team while integrating existing team members into the project structure.
