At Decor Cabinets, we take pride in crafting quality products through efficient and innovative manufacturing. We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance our operations.
This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering & Maintenance and plays a vital role in ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

1) EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects—ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.).

2) TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP SKILLS:

  • Solid understanding of PM methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities.
  • Risk and resource management expertise.
  • Strong skills in planning, tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

3) KNOWLEDGE & MINDSET:

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing environments, terminology, and process flow.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and experience with change management are assets.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
