Job Title: Project Manager – Delivery

Salary: £60,035+ with car allowance on top

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of Project Management delivery in complex environments
• Good understanding of Project Engineering
• Recognised Project Management qualification, or equivalent experience
• Proficient with scheduling tools, e.g. Primavera P6, MS Projects, or similar
• Team leadership experience

• Driving the delivery and proactive management across the AVC (Active Vehicle Control) programme to time, cost and quality
• Supporting the Project Management Leads to meet project objectives and enable operational excellence by removing blockers
• Be the main contact for IDT and PMO PM Leads on delivery issues, promoting collaboration and ensuring smooth integration of project activities
• Working closely with the wider Dreadnought PMO team and senior stakeholders across 3 BAE Systems businesses to support delivery and promote operational excellence, including travel to UK sites
• Providing leadership to the team and monitoring the quality of their work
