  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • Lead complex transformation projects and programmes from initiation through to closure.
  • Define scope, objectives, deliverables, benefits and success measures in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact throughout engagements.
  • Identify, shape and convert opportunities for account growth and expanded service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain robust project governance, controls, reporting and assurance frameworks.
  • Manage project and programme risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions proactively.
  • Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
  • Provide strategic delivery leadership and challenge to clients, sponsors and senior stakeholders.
  • Drive benefits realisation and ensure delivery outcomes achieve intended business value.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts and project financial performance.
